Transport Reviews Journal

Professor David Banister has been the editor of Transport Reviews since 2000, and was one of the founders of the journal in 1981. Transport Reviews is an international review journal covering all aspects of transport. It is intended to provide authoritative and up to date reviews of transport related topics that are informative to those that are knowledgeable in the subject area. It also provides a means by which non experts can find out about the subject area, so the papers should be accessible to a wide ranging readership. Transport Reviews is the only international review journal in transport that has a full refereeing process.

Transport Reviews turned 30 in 2010

Transport Reviews is an international review journal covering all aspects of transport. It is intended to provide authoritative and up to date research-based reviews of transport related topics that are informative to those that are knowledgeable in the subject area. It also provides a means by which experts from different backgrounds can find out about the subject area, so the papers should be accessible to a wide ranging readership. Transport Reviews is edited from the Transport Studies Unit at the University of Oxford by (Editor) and Moshe Givoni (Assistant Editor), with Mike Browne (Assistant Editor, University of Westminster).
