Vera Huwe

Vera is a visiting DPhil student at the Transport Studies Unit. Her research explores the relationship between social relations and fossil fuel dependence in transport. During her stay at TSU, Vera will research the political economy of aviation.

Vera is a socio-economist at the University of Duisburg-Essen in Germany and holds degrees from the University of Mannheim and the University of Bonn. She studied abroad at the University of Nottingham and Ottawa University.
